Ryan was born and raised in Grand Rapids. He attended Forest Hills Central High School and received his BS and Masters from nearby Grand Valley State, Michigan State University and Kingston University in London, England.
In 2017, Ryan founded Dodgson Land Co. — where he combined over a decade of hands-on experience and knowledge in finance, property management, and real estate.
In his free time, Ryan enjoys traveling with his wife and son, exploring the outdoors, fly-fishing, hunting, and performing restorations.

Kenyon was raised in Grand Rapids and proud to be a native of West Michigan. Sierra Martin

Sierra relocated to Grand Rapids in 1987. She has degrees in both Business Administration and Biblical Theology. She began her real estate career in 1995 — Selling residential then expanding into the commercial and investment markets. As a broker she worked with Walgreens Pharmacies doing site selection and acquisitions. Utilizing her 25+ years experience she works on residential, investment, land and commercial. Ben grew up in Grand Rapids on the north side of town and currently resides in Rockford with his wife and 2 kids. He has great knowledge of G.R. and the surrounding areas. He went to Northview Highschool and graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor’s degree in business management.
